Hilfe kurz gegen Gegenleistung

Moin,
ich bräuchte Hilfe.
Habe da einen Clan aufgebaut und bräuchte hilfe und zwar folgendes:

Zum Beispiel auf meinem Server sagt da keiner zB. Okay dann mal los oder so, oder Terroristen Gewinnen.. Das ist ganz leise und wenn ich action songs usw.. drauf lade steht das hier

2. Frage
Der Server ist ganz neu wie kann ich da mehr Spieler drauf spielen lassen ich will das er voll ist wie mache ich das?? Kenne mich da nicht so gut aus

ja genau zblock ist drauf gibt es auch was anderes das so gut ist wie zblock?

kann mir keiner helfen..

und ehm gibt es ein programm wo man die musik kürzen kann zB. eine lange musik 2 min. auf 30 sek. umstellen also schneiden?

und bei mir ist es so eingestellt wenn man redet hört das nur der team partner nicht die von t oder ct .. wie stellt man ein das es jeder hört

Ahh ok habs aber ich muss das jedes mal machen wenn ich rein komme kann man das nicht einstellen..

öhmm die songs gehen immernoch nicht da steht wieder die fehlermeldung obwohl detocs drauf ist..

ja die sounds liegen richtig sv_alltalk 1 einfahc in der server.cfg schreiben fertig?? oder wie

in der konsole stehta uch immer in rot das hier wieso?? ich will das weg bekommen .. der shady da hat es so eingestellt das only dust2 ist glaube ist was schief gegangen ich will nicht das so rote zeilen angezeigt werden das steht da in rot immer:

Und zu den sounds ja die sind im richtigen ordner

Ja das habe ich eingestellt jetzt zu den anderen problemen.. zu den sounds.. die gehen nicht
